How to Confirm a Concrete Batching Plant Manufacturer in China
A reliable decision uses several sources in sequence. No directory badge, exhibition listing, certificate image or factory video should carry the whole decision.
- Confirm the legal company. Search the Chinese legal name in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System. Compare the legal name with the quotation, contract, invoice and payment beneficiary.
- Open the official product route. Confirm that the company currently publishes the required plant type and can provide a model-specific technical proposal.
- Use the applicable technical records. China’s official standards database lists GB/T 10171-2016 for concrete mixing plants/towers and GB/T 9142-2021 for concrete mixers. A standards reference is not proof that every offered configuration complies.
- Confirm certificates and test scope. Establish the issuing body, certificate number, legal entity, product or management-system scope and current status. CNCA’s public platform and CNAS can support this step for relevant Chinese records and accredited bodies.
- Assess factory and project evidence. Ask for a live factory walkthrough, current production records and identifiable reference plants with similar capacity and operating conditions.
- Normalize the technical offer. Compare the mixer, bins, scales, silos, conveyors, controls, dust system, electrical scope, installation, commissioning, training and spare parts line by line.
- Define the acceptance test and contract. Record test items, component substitutions, documentation, shipment scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before production is complete.

Important:
Chinese standards, ISO management certificates and a public product page do not automatically satisfy the machinery, electrical, structural, environmental or workplace requirements in your destination. Build a destination-specific compliance matrix before the final design is approved.

Why Similar HZS Model Numbers Can Produce Different Quotations
An HZS model number is not a complete equipment schedule. Two quotations with the same model label can differ in mixer, aggregate bins, scale arrangement, silos, screw conveyors, dust collection, control hardware, cable scope, steel structure, enclosure, accessories, spare parts, packing and commissioning.
Normalize at least these items before comparing totals:
- mixer model, discharge volume and included wear parts;
- aggregate-bin quantity, storage volume and weighing arrangement;
- skip-hoist or belt-conveyor system and related supports;
- cementitious-material and additive scales;
- silo quantity, silo accessories and screw conveyors;
- dust collection, enclosure, wastewater and reclaim scope;
- PLC/HMI, electrical components, software, drawings and backups;
- freight preparation, packing, unloading, erection and commissioning;
- training, manuals, initial spare parts and service response route.
Ask every company to mark inclusions, exclusions and optional items. Also record which substitutions are permitted after the equipment list is approved.
Theoretical Capacity vs Project Output
Theoretical capacity is useful for model classification, but it is not a guaranteed volume of saleable concrete under every operating condition. Actual output depends on the full cycle: aggregate weighing and feeding, powder conveying, water and additive dosing, mixing time, discharge, truck positioning, recipe changes, moisture correction, cleaning and interruptions.
For a defensible comparison, request an output calculation for your main recipes. State the assumed batch size, mixing time, material-feed time, discharge time and expected delays. If continuous production is critical, also define what happens during mixer cleaning, maintenance or control-system faults.

Red Flags During Manufacturer Comparison
Warning signs usually appear when the company identity, technical scope or delivery responsibility cannot be matched across the website, proposal and contract.
- The website shows a factory name, but the quotation or payment entity is unrelated and unexplained.
- The proposal contains only a model name and total price, without a serialized equipment list.
- The stated output has no cycle assumptions or recipe conditions.
- Certificates are screenshots without a number, issuing body, legal entity or applicable model.
- Factory or project images have no identifiable company, model, date or source page.
- Component brands can be substituted without written approval.
- Foundation, electrical, cabling, cranes, erection and commissioning responsibilities are unclear.
- Software backups, administrator access and as-built drawings are omitted.
- Warranty wording does not define the start point, exclusions or response route.
